Library Block Master Plan

The Kent Library, an important community structure, is positioned between First and Second Avenue.  The Studio sought to provide stronger connections between the two main axis by reinforcing street edges, creating pedestrian bridge between relocated depot and new transit system, reorganizing library parking and increasing visibility of library.
