History

Nestled in the heart of the eastern foothills of the Cascade Mountains, 2,222 feet above sea level, lies the town of Roslyn, Washington. ¬†Founded with the discovery of coal in conjunction with the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1886, the town’s original population was due almost entirely to the coal industry.
