Kent – Library Block

AUTUMN 2006 Library Block Master Plan The Kent Library, an important community structure, is positioned between First and Second Avenue.  The Studio sought to provide stronger connections between the two main axis by reinforcing street edges, creating pedestrian bridge between relocated depot and new transit system, reorganizing library parking and increasing visibility of library.

AUTUMN 2006 Post Office Block Master Plan The overall scheme for the Post Office block is to enhance greenspace, reinforce existing downtown assests along First Avenue, connect existing green spaces and find dual-use for parking lots and increase the number of residential units and maintain commercial storefronts and public parking.
